Orders will be shipped priority via trusted carrier at a flat rate and a tracking number will be provided. Acceptance of order will be confirmed with tracking number and a contract will be formed with us. (shipping confirmation)
Pre-orders
Once your pre-order transaction is completed you will be guaranteed that item unless notified otherwise. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Kimoto jackets are made to order and can only be canceled within 2 business days of when the order was placed. No returns only exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of this fire jacket and would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us with preferred size. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the production of preferred size.
Return original within 5 days of date delivered. Please make sure item is unworn, undamaged and all pieces in their original form and box are returned.
A UPS® return shipping label will be provided in the box. Upon receiving item and it meets the requirements, you will be notified when exchange is ready to ship.

Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Return postage is the customers responsibility and outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refunded.
